Day 1 (Arrival Day)
+ Family members of Bride & Groom arrives couple of days before wedding at the Venue.
+ Special Check in counter at the Airport/Railway station on the Day of arrival of the Guests, as per list provided by the Host.
+Traditional receiving of the guests.
+ Special welcome messages on Airport as well as journey on way to Hotel.
+ Luxry transport to shift the guests to Hotel.
+ Traditional Welcome, Aarti, Tikka along with Traditional Folk Music at the Hotel..
+ Special Check-in counters.
+ Information Booklets about City & Events.
+ Lunch is organized for introduction & interaction of the Guests alongwith Roka,Godh,Chunni, Ring ceremonies.
+ Day at Leisure.
+ Pre-Wedding Function in the Evening such as Bazaar-Mein-Daawat, Mehendi Ki Raat, Cocktail or Youth Party with food & entertainment of your choice.

Day 2 (The Wedding Day)
+ Breakfast at respective Hotels.
+ The family conducts pre wedding ceremonies like :Kangna,Tel, Baan,Haldi,Maiya etc. at the Lunch.
+ Hi Tea is served alongwith Sehrabandi of the Groom.
+ Royal Procession is organized for Barat including horses with lancemen, camels and elephants. There will also be Mashalwalas, silk & flower Chatters, Brass Band, Petramet Lights, Punjabi Dhols, Fire Eaters, Kacchi Ghori & court dancers.
+ Traditional Welcome of the Barat, Milni ,thematic receiving of the Groom, Bride & Jaimala Ceremony .
+ International Multi-Cuisine F&B Services will be provided.
+ Traditional Entertainment.
+ Wedding ceremony according to Traditional Rituals.
+ Colorful Fireworks.
+ Vidaai in Victorian Buggy or Limousine.

Day 3 (Reception Day)
+ Early breakfast at the respective places of stay.
+ Day at Leisure for Local Shopping & sight-seeing tour in the morning.
+ On way Lunch will be served.
+ Evening tea is served at return at respective places of stay.
+ In the evening ,Reception Dinner is organized.

Day 4(Sight-seeing/Departure)
